Review inpatient records and clinical notes for AI training, using your hospital medicine expertise to assess what the documentation supports.

AI training teams use clinical review to help systems learn from accurate medical judgment. You will examine inpatient charts and structured health-record data, assess model conclusions against the evidence, write clear findings about what the chart shows, and explain gaps or errors in the information. The work is remote and part-time, with variable completion times and minimum weekly task submissions.

What you'll do

• Review inpatient charts, clinical notes, and structured FHIR health-record data

• Evaluate histories and assessments in inpatient documentation

• Assess the AI's clinical claims against the evidence in the medical record

• Record clear findings about missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information, data quality, and AI performance
