Work through and segment medical images in 3D Slicer, produce accurate masks and 3D models, and explain the workflow clearly.

AI companies need medical imaging specialists to support training work on real medical image datasets. This project asks you to work across CT, MRI, DICOM and other datasets: segment the images, produce masks accurately, along with visual outputs and 3D models, then carry out checks on the annotations. You will also use 3D Slicer for advanced workflows, then prepare clear, step-by-step instructions and prompts that explain each stage. This is that work, done remotely around your schedule.

What you'll do

• Work through CT and MRI datasets in 3D Slicer, identifying and segmenting structures

• Produce volume renderings alongside revised masks and 3D models

• Carry out quality checks on image annotations and visualizations

• Draft detailed guidance and prompts used in medical imaging workflows, explaining each stage clearly
