Help improve AI systems by setting challenging quantitative tasks and judging the quality of the answers they produce across research, modeling, trading, risk and portfolio work.

AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples. Subject experts examine model outputs, explain technical problems and give structured feedback, helping AI produce more accurate and useful results. This role brings quantitative judgment to that process.

What you'll do

• Create difficult quantitative problems and realistic scenarios grounded in research, modeling and strategy development.

• Review generated quantitative answers for technical accuracy and practical feasibility.

• Compare responses with the methods and standards used by quantitative analysts.

• Write structured feedback that helps improve model performance.

• A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related quantitative field.

• At least one year of professional, hands-on quantitative experience at a top company or fund.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Expertise in quant research and alpha or signal generation, trading strategy design and execution, risk modeling or portfolio construction.

• Strong written communication, close attention to detail and the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts clearly.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Helpful background includes experience at a recognized quantitative fund or trading firm.

• No AI experience needed.

• $150 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor.

• Part-time, project-based contract work; 20 or more hours per week, you choose when.
